Jason has over 35 years experience in the travel industry, with the majority of this time spent in management roles for airlines, corporate travel, Government travel and charter.
More recently, Jason was the designer for an online technology platform, which streamlined the process and consolidated systems for remote project travel. Instrumental in the development, Jason also implemented the platform into Shell QGC to manage their staff and contractor travel to/from site each week.
With a focus on customer experience, Jason delivers solutions that are designed to consolidate workforce travel processes, while ensuring simplicity for the users of the Uplift platform.
Jason is passionate about providing customers’ with tailored solutions that deliver proven results for managing workforce travel requirements, such as with BHP during the COVID crisis where there was a complete shift instantly from commercial to charter flights.
Jason understands the pain points and frustrations organisations typically face in managing workforce travel (FIFO) and works with procurement, travel management and logistics specialists to identify gaps in their processes and delivers customised solutions that produce efficiencies and cost reductions.
Cameron has over 39 years’ experience in the tourism and travel industry, with the majority of this
time spent in management roles for airlines, corporate travel, an air charter broker and more
recently in project lead and air contracting management with the Flight Centre travel Group.
With extensive experience in Airline passenger service systems, establishing new aviation startups,
air charter operations, distribution technology and commercial management, Cameron did not
hesitate in becoming a shareholder in Uplift Logistics and has now been welcomed as a Board
Member.
More recently, Cameron was managing the seamless delivery of Global ticketing, marketing,
communications, product and technical distribution for over 21 Airlines as part of his portfolio with
the Flight Centre Travel Group.
With a deep understanding of the operational and technical elements of passenger movements,
Cameron is passionate about the customer experience, high service standards and ensuring
simplicity for the users of the Uplift Platform.
In 2009 Kim Wainwright took her first step into business ownership, launching a consultation business in the mining, transport and training sectors. In 2014 Kim founded Xplore Resources to provide professional and technical services to the mining industry.
Xplore Resources now has around 60 employees across Australia and overseas and specialises in battery minerals, as well as coal. Kim has embarked on a continued drive for improvement, starting numerous new companies, and accepting a range of directorships and board positions including being a founding director on a resources Private Equity Fund since 2015.
Kim believes in promoting mining's social license to operate which is demonstrated in her community engagement activities including being on the board of Variety the Children’s Charity for the past 6 years and recently being appointment by the Minister for Health to the Prince Charles Hospital Foundation.
Recently, Kim has been appointed as the new chair of the Queensland Exploration Council (QEC).
Steven is an experienced senior leader / executive with strong financial, commercial, operational, governance, risk management and internal audit experience in the government, corporate and not for profit sectors.
Steven was formerly a partner with KPMG’s Risk Advisory practice and worked across Australia and in the USA. Steven is also an experienced Chief Financial Officer having worked in this capacity for a group of companies in the telecommunications utilities sector.
Steven is currently the General Manager Commercial – Finance for Hastings Deering (Australia) Limited .
Steven holds a degree in Commerce from the Australian National University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Australia.
